    Do you offer returns or refunds if i am not satisfied?

    Yes. We offer returns and refunds if the vehicle is in its original packaging, unopened, and unused within a 14 day window of the package arriving on your doorstep.

    You can initiate a return by contacting us and describing your circumstances along with attached images of the unopened parcel. After your return has been accepted and the product(s) have been received at our facility, it may take up to 14 days to receive the refund.

    What if my product arrived damaged

    If your product arrives damaged, please contact us, we’re here to make it right. Depending on the condition, we’ll offer either a replacement part, or a refund once the item has been returned to our location.

    Do you offer a warranty?

    How long does shipping take?

    Dispatch often takes 1-2 days, after your order has been dispatched the products should be delivered within 14 days. If your order hasn't been delivered within within the 14 day window please let us know.
